Problem
Bookings by phone, a WordPress site nobody could update, and no view of which stylist or service makes money.
What I built
- Public booking flow: stylist → service → free slot → confirmation with calendar links; 76 gender- and hair-length-aware services with per-stylist durations.
- Scheduling engine with shift rotation and working-hours admin; e-mail confirmations and reminders.
- Admin analytics: revenue, hours and guests per month, stylist and service; compliant price list with anchor prices and CSV/XML export.
- Marketing site rebuilt from WordPress into React pages on the same domain.
Result
Hundreds of online bookings in the first eight months. The system became the base for SalonBook, a multi-tenant version with three locales and currencies and 221 backend tests.
